Shada تِّ ّ

Moon Lam

Shada and extending letter

(Lesson 33) In this unit Dr. Hammam explains the process of the correct enunciation for a letter with extending the sound (holding letter). When a letter has Shada it is repeated twice once with sekoon (pause) and the other with Fatha, Kasra, or Domma, then extending the sound at the end of the word due to the presence of extending letters.
